Charles Gelinas is a partner in Dentons' Capital Markets practice.
His practice includes all aspects of the financing of receivables and of loans and securities secured by residential and commercial real estate, whether through secured credit facilities, securitizations or repurchase facilities. His primary focus involves servicing advance facilities and the acquisition, disposition and financing of mortgage servicing rights and associated servicing platforms.
Charles also has extensive experience representing issuers, underwriters, servicers, insurers and investors in public offerings and private placements of residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations.
In addition, Charles is an adjunct professor in the Financial Services LLM program at New York Law School.
