Charles Gelinas is a member of Dentons' Capital Markets
His practice involves all aspects of the financing (through
secured credit facilities, securitizations and repurchase
facilities) of loans and securities secured by residential and
commercial real estate as well as receivables, with a primary focus
on servicing advance facility transactions.
Charles has extensive experience representing issuers,
underwriters, servicers, insurers and investors in public offerings
and private placements of residential and commercial
mortgage-backed transactions and collateralized debt
In addition, he advises clients in connection with the
acquisition, disposition and financing of mortgage servicing rights
and associated servicing platforms.

Prior to joining Dentons, Charles was with the law firm of Thacher Proffitt and Wood.
Charles is also an adjunct professor in the Financial Services LLM program at New York Law School.
