Dominic is an associate in the Corporate practice of Dentons' London office. He qualified in 2006.
He specialises in company law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate finance, investment funds, card portfolios, corporate governance and anti-bribery law, and private client investments and disposals.
Dominic has particular experience in retail banking (advising major financial institutions on card portfolios, acquisition financing, investments in joint ventures, debt-for-equity swaps and restructurings), oil and gas (advising big players on gas-storage projects and downstream acquisitions and disposals), natural resources (advising on takeovers in the diamond and precious metals sectors) and anti-bribery law (advising on corporate hospitality, appointment of procurement advisers and the Bribery Act 2010).
In 2008, Dominic spent six months on secondment with HSBC Bank plc within the bank's insurance legal team.
Dominic has also undertaken extensive pro bono work, including for UNICEF and the Campaign for Female Education.
