Erin Rust is a member of Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She maintains a complex civil litigation practice which includes insurance and healthcare related actions, securities litigation, products liability defense and construction litigation. She has experience representing clients at various stages of litigation including during discovery, depositions, mediation, settlement and appeals.
Erin received her JD at Washington University School of Law in 2010 where she was an active member of the law school community. She served as a Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review, represented the law school nationally as a member of the National Moot Court team, and participated in multiple clinical programs.
