Igor Krivoshekov is a partner in the Corporate Department of the firm's London office and a member of the private equity practice. He has also practiced extensively in the United States and Russia.
Igor specialises in mergers and acquisitions and other private equity transactions. He acts for multinational groups, private equity and other investors in the development of their domestic and international strategies. His transactional experience includes deals in a wide variety of jurisdictions (including the United States, United Kingdom, Western Europe, Russia, Eastern Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America).
He has structured and executed complex share and asset acquisitions, private equity transactions (representing sponsors and financial investors), multi-jurisdictional restructurings, MBOs, and cross-border joint ventures in a variety of industries (including oil and gas, specialty chemicals, commercial airlines, retail, telecommunications, automotive products, professional services, financial products).
Igor is recommended as a "leading lawyer" in Chambers, 2014 for Corporate M&A in both the UK and Russia.

Prior to joining Dentons as a partner in 2010, Igor was a partner in the London office of a leading U.S. law firm, having previously practised in their Moscow office. Before that, he practiced with another leading U.S. firm in Chicago and London.
