Keith has experience on the equity side of real estate transactions, both in dispositions and acquisitions.
He has represented Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), an indirect subsidiary of The Prudential Insurance Company of America, in the sale of various properties located throughout the country.
He also has experience representing many of Dentons' institutional lending clients, including Bank One (now JPMorgan).
His financing experience includes drafting credit and security documents for a variety of real estate financings involving all types of properties.
Keith has represented institutional clients such as Morgan Stanley with respect to investments in low-income housing tax credit projects.
He also has experience representing both landlords and tenants in connection with lease drafting and negotiations for office and retail spaces.
