Michael Hultquist focuses his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation and product liability.
He regularly represents clients such as hedge funds, partnerships, public and private corporations, REITs, and individuals in matters ranging from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation and RICO-related actions.
He also represents clients in mass tort and class action product liability matters and currently serves as national coordinating trial counsel for two such clients.
In addition, he regularly advises clients in electronic discovery and document management requirements and best practices.
Michael has also represented clients in mediations and arbitrations throughout the United States, as well as in London, Bermuda, Paris, Geneva and Tokyo.
