Mr. Morden is a member of Dentons' Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. His practice focuses on counseling families on the minimization of estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes, and the creation of individualized estate plans, which include wills, revocable trusts, and sophisticated wealth transfer vehicles, such as life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective irrevocable trusts, and charitable remainder trusts. He also advises clients on the establishment and maintenance of tax-exempt entities.

Prior and Present Employment
While in law school, Mr. Morden was a student attorney with the Child Advocacy Law Clinic. Prior to joining Dentons, he worked for the US government and as a freelance screenwriter.
