Rick is a member of Dentons' Real Estate practice. He
represents investment banks, financial institutions and insurance
companies on all aspects of commercial real estate financing.
Rick also represents developers and joint venturers on real
estate development, redevelopment, land use, zoning, leasing, and
general corporate matters.
Notably, Rick is one of the first real estate attorneys in the
tri-state to become a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design Accredited Professional), a U.S. Green
Building Council designation.
