This event is exclusive to NHS organisations only. In this programme, Robyn Chatwood of our International Healthcare team is working with Learning Impact in association with Healthcare UK to deliver the programme for NHS organisations pursuing international expansion opportunities. The two day workshop provides a fast-track to building international business skill and expertise. A second workshop after six months proposes to bring the group back together formally to review experiences and consider next steps.

Key components of the workshop are:

1. Strategy development - including risk management and assessment, international business and fit to overall strategy, selecting services and developing a successful international proposition, selecting and prioritising markets, identifying and planning resources and modelling your international business.
2. Intellectual Property protection.
3. Operational awareness - including legislation/regulation, currency management, cultural/linguistic barriers, logistics, getting paid and access to finance.
4. International Investment Structures.

The event will commence each day with coffee and registration and will include a buffet lunch.
