You are cordially invited to our workshop on processing of employees’ personal data in light of the new EU Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR). The meeting is organized by Dentons together with the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland.

Speakers, including Aleksandra Minkowicz-Flanek, partner, Head of Warsaw’s Employment and Labor practice team, and Magdalena Bartosik, counsel in Warsaw’s Intellectual Property, Technology and Communications practice team, will discuss key changes to data protection law that will impact the operations of all organizations and employers after May 2018.

They will share their views on the practicalities of implementing the mandatory changes and will discuss in particular the following: rights of employees, amendments to outsourcing contracts, data security measures and demonstration of compliance with the GDPR, transfer of data outside of the EU, in particular to the US.
