Palo Alto—SNR Denton announced today that Robert F. Kramer has joined the firm as a partner in its Intellectual Property and Technology practice. Kramer is a former Howrey LLP patent litigation partner and will be resident in SNR Denton’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices.
Kramer serves as lead counsel representing technology companies in patent infringement cases in district courts throughout the United States, including Eastern District Texas, Delaware and California, as well as before the International Trade Commission (ITC). He has a long and successful track record representing technology companies in patent cases involving electronics, networking and data transmission systems, light emitting diodes (LEDs), telecommunications, semiconductors and other technologies. Kramer has a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to general counsel and in house IP counsel at leading technology companies in Silicon Valley and throughout California.

Kramer lived in Tokyo, Japan, for several years and was a registered gaikokuho-jimubengoshi and a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association while representing Asian companies in patent infringement cases in the US district courts and ITC.
SNR Denton has a strong and well recognized patent and IP litigation practice of more than 120 experienced lawyers, including dozens of technically trained electrical engineers, chemists and lawyers holding advanced degrees in biology and life sciences, in its offices in Northern California and across the US. The firm recently recruited experienced patent litigation partners and is aggressively building its footprint in Northern California and throughout the country.
