Dentons Canada LLP is delighted to announce that Michael Ledgett has joined our Toronto office as a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice.
With over forty years’ experience, Michael is a corporate/commercial lawyer who specializes in corporate governance, private M&A, PPP/infrastructure and transportation. Michael acts for governments, government agencies, private sector developers, operators, lenders and investors on PPP projects in Canada and internationally, and for governments, government agencies and private sector entities in the air, bus, marine, rail, transit and truck sectors of the transportation industry.

Michael is Honorary Counsel to the Ontario Public Transit Association. Michael joins Dentons Canada from Heenan Blaikie LLP.
