On March 23, 2016 Dentons successfully represented Medtronic in appeal proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal in connection with the tender for purchase and successive delivery of equipment for angiographic scanning to the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Warsaw.

In its ruling, the National Chamber of Appeal dismissed the appeal of another contractor, which allowed our client to conclude the public procurement contract. The case before the National Chamber of Appeal was conducted by Anna Szymańska.
