Dentons' Michael Huertas, Banking and Finance partner in Frankfurt, will speak on the panel ”Tokenized Securities: What does it all mean for securitisation?” on Thursday, June 13 at 3 p.m. This discussion will provide insights on what a digitized asset is and how can it open up new sectors for securitisation, as well as will address democratization of assets, i.e. turning previously illiquid assets into tradeable securities.
