• Advising BlackRock Real Estate on the sale of the landmark Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw to Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management’s real estate business for €300 million.
• Advising the joint venture of Europa Capital and TriGranit on the sale of Poznan City Center mall to Resolution Property—the largest retail transaction which took place in H1 2014.
• Advising Globe Trade Centre S.A. on the sale of Galeria Kazimierz in Krakow to Invesco pan-European fund for €180 million.

Czech representations include:

• Advising Avestus Capital Partners on the sale of the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague to Northwood Investors.
• Advising Meyer Bergman on the acquisition of the Fashion Arena Outlet Centre in Prague.
• Advising Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of the Praha City Center.
