Toronto—Dentons is pleased to announce that Michael Ledgett, partner in our Toronto office, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP).

Michael has practised law in Ontario for more than 40 years. As Co-Chair of the National P3/Infrastructure Group, he advises governments and their agencies, as well as private sector developers, operators, lenders and investors on P3 projects in Canada and abroad. He is also the Co-Chair of the National Transportation Group, Honorary Counsel to the Ontario Public Transit Association and Honorary Counsel to the Canadian Urban Transit Research and Innovation Consortium.

Michael joins a group of esteemed senior representatives from business and government from across Canada who form the Board. Together, they are responsible for overseeing the Council's overall direction.
