Dentons was ranked among the top 50 firms for inter partes review (IPR) work in Patexia's inaugural IPR Intelligence Report, and counsel Kevin Greenleaf was ranked among the top 50 IPR lawyers. The report ranks the 50 best law firms, attorneys and companies by their IPR activity and performance, based on an analysis of IPR cases filed.

Kevin, a technically trained computer engineer based in the Silicon Valley office, is one of the leaders of the Post-Grant group in Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology (IPT) practice. He has significant experience with patent office proceedings, focusing on post-grant proceedings such as reexaminations. He also has a long track record with trials under the America Invents Act (AIA), covered business method (CBM) patent reviews and post-grant reviews, as well as experience with prosecution. Kevin manages teams conducting IPRs and works closely with technically trained patent lawyers and litigators in Dentons' IPT practice.
