Paris —The Paris Dentons office announces the appointment of Audrey Molina to Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency team.

Audrey Molina is specialized in the field of companies in difficulty and more broadly in crisis management processing.

Her areas of expertise extend from the prevention and amicable treatment of business difficulties (ad hoc mandate and conciliation) to the judicial treatment of companies in difficulty (safeguard, reorganisation and judicial liquidation) and also to civil and commercial litigation.

In this capacity, she advises company managers but also banks and investment funds. Her clients include Sinequanone, Wild Bunch, Gate Gourmet and has been involved in the Toys R Us and Arc cases.

Audrey Molina has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002. She joined Dentons in 2014 as Of Counsel, alongside Nicolas Theys.  She was previously with King & Wood Mallesons and Sonier et Associés.

She is a member of the Association for the Turnaround of Companies (ARE), as well as of "Insol Europe".
