Dentons has advised sole bookrunner, nomad and broker, Cenkos Securities plc, on the £80 million fundraising and IPO by FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading UK professional services firm specialising in restructuring advisory, on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. On admission, FRP will be the largest company to list on AIM year to date based on market capitalisation.

The proceeds of the fundraising will primarily be used to strengthen the company's balance sheet and to fund opportunistic acquisitions.

FRP Advisory Group plc is a professional services firm established in 2010 which offers a range of advisory services to companies, lenders, investors and other stakeholders, as well as individuals. These services include restructuring advisory, corporate financial advisory, formal insolvency appointments, informal restructuring advisory, personal insolvency, and general advice to all stakeholders.
