Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised CPI Property Group (CPI), the largest commercial property owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, on the acquisition of the Concept Tower office building in Warsaw. This is the 14th office facility in Warsaw in CPI's portfolio.

Being the sixth CPI transaction closed in 2020, the acquisition of the Concept Tower office building has increased the investor’s portfolio of office space to 314,000 sq. m. Thus, CPI became the owner of the largest office properties portfolio in Warsaw in terms of GLA.

The Concept Tower office building is located at 87 Grzybowska Street, in one of the fastest growing business areas of the city. This 15-storey building offers 9,000 sq. m. of A+ class office space with a high standard of fit-out, and has been awarded the Leed Gold certificate.

The transaction, which also involved financing of CPI’s early lease purchase of the Concept Tower, was conducted by partner Piotr Szafarz and counsel Jarosław Stąpel with the support of associate Maciej Roman.
