After several previous collaborations, through legal talks and other advice and support, Dentons Larraín Rencoret decided to go one step further in its commitment to inclusion, becoming part of ReIN, Red de Empresas Inclusivas (Inclusive Business Network). This initiative started in 2015, promoted by SOFOFA (Chile Manufacturers Association) and the International Labor Organization, ILO. Today, more than 40 companies participate in it, seeking to carry out a responsible process of labor inclusion for people with disabilities, sharing experiences and good practices, aiming to influence the development of public policies that regulate the issue. "Being part of the largest law firm in the world, for Dentons Chile to promote inclusion is part of our core principles. In this way, our incorporation into ReIN seeks to reflect the diversity of the environment in which our clients move, to deliver a better service and, at the same time, promote positive social change at the local level”, indicated José Manuel Larraín, managing partner of the firm. Elena Razmilic, president of ReIN, said in welcoming Dentons incorporation to the network: "We hope that ReIN will find a space for collaboration and a platform to promote the correct labor inclusion of people with disabilities." Our Labor and Immigration senior associate Rodrigo Sanhueza helps Dentons Chile to promote inclusion within the Firm and with our clients. He has already been a speaker on relevant legal issues, such as incorporating the Inclusion Law within companies.
