Dentons welcomes Nadia Henriques as lead Corporate and Commercial Partner in Trinidad and Tobago, continuing its expansion and diversification strategy in the region, a move that will also strengthen the firm’s Corporate and M&A group in Barbados.

Specialising in mergers and acquisitions, including cross border acquisitions and takeover bids, Nadia advises on complex deals across varied sectors bringing over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance, insurance, energy and manufacturing.

Henriques counsels public and private companies and boards of directors on a variety of transactions ranging from substantial deals to routine governance, with a focus on M&A, corporate finance, business agreements and commercial contracts, strategic negotiations, and corporate governance.
