Following the successful closure of the purchase of the Manhattan Shopping Center in Gdańsk, Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw advised Futureal Investment Partners, a foreign investor belonging to the Futureal Group, on another retail transaction – the acquisition of the Galeria Bemowo shopping center in Warsaw from Aerium Group.

Galeria Bemowo shopping center is one of the largest retail centers in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. Covering two floors in two buildings, the retail area offers approx. 30,000 sq. m. of commercial space with 120 shops. Customers may also benefit from a car park with 944 parking spaces.

The acquisition transaction was led by counsel Ewelina Klein who was supported by associate Adrianna Kończak. The project was supervised by Bartłomiej Kordeczka, Partner and Deputy Head of the Real Estate practice in Poland.
