A cross-border Dentons team advised a club of banks led by ERSTE Group Bank AG on the comprehensive refinancing of the Tristone Flowtech Group.

Tristone Flowtech Group is a leading global supplier of engine and battery cooling to the automotive sector. It has operations in China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Slovakia, Spain and Turkey.

The complex multijurisdictional transaction brought together a cross-border team from different countries. Dentons advised the bank on all legal aspects of the refinancing in all the jurisdictions involved.

In addition to the current transaction, Dentons also acted as counsel to the lenders on the previous refinancing of the Group back in 2020, 2018 and 2015.
