Paris—Dentons Paris advised the Polyart Group, managed by the investment fund Prudentia Capital, on the refinancing of its debt and the setting up of a senior credit line for an amount of approximately €30 million.

The Polyart Group is a leader in the production of films and bedding. The company formed is the result of the merger between the companies Arjobex, MDV, Tech Folien and Reisewitz in 2020. Polyart has 6 production sites in France, Germany, Great Britain and the USA and 3 sales offices in Singapore, Mumbai and Shanghai. The group has 300 employees and a turnover of €70 million.

The financing was arranged with a banking pool comprising BNP Paribas, HSBC, Banque Palatine and Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.

In addition to the refinancing of existing debt, the transaction also allows for the partial repayment of shareholders' current accounts. An external growth line has also been negotiated to enable the SME to make acquisitions.

This operation will enable the group to pursue its growth strategy and its international expansion.
