Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, announced today that Jeremy Overmyer has rejoined the Firm as a partner in its Health Care practice in the Indianapolis office. Jeremy draws on his experience with both in-house and private practice to advise on matters important to healthcare clients today and to anticipate future needs.

Jeremy’s experience and focus with clients includes healthcare delivery operations, network and payor contracting, employer health agreements, telehealth and health IT agreements, and state and federal regulatory compliance. Jeremy has extensive experience as an integral advisor and counsel to a variety of healthcare organizations, including physician groups, accountable care organizations, independent provider associations, ambulatory surgery centers and physician-owned hospitals.

Jeremy has returned to Dentons after serving more than five years as general counsel for a large physician group and associate general counsel for the world’s largest healthcare organization. In those roles, he provided transactional, operational and regulatory support for a multi-specialty physician practice and risk bearing network aligned toward value-based care.
