Dentons received the 2013 Women in Law Empowerment Forum’s Gold Standard Certification, a designation given to a select group of law firms that demonstrate across key criteria the progress of women. Dentons earned this prestigious honor by exceeding certification requirements in five meaningful areas of measure: women comprising at least 10 percent of firm chairs and managing partners; 20 percent of the primary governance committee; 20 percent of the compensation committee; 10 percent of the top half of the firm's most highly compensated partners; and 20 percent of equity partners or 25 percent of nonlateral lawyers who became equity partners in the preceding 12 months.
