Dentons is pleased to announce that the Firm has been ranked 97 in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers 2016, which ranks UK employers that are the highest performing organisations in Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index  2016. This index is an annual audit of workplace culture for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans employees.

Dentons has risen 227 places to number 97 in 2016, which reflects the fact that diversity and inclusion is at the core of our strategy as we continue to grow as a Firm. Over 400 employers submitted entries to the 2016 index, the highest number that Stonewall has seen since the Index was launched in 2005.
