For the second year in a row, legal publication Právní radce recognized Dentons’ Real Estate partner Markéta Tvrdá among the “Queens of Czech law”. The distinction recognizes successful women lawyers, who have a strong influence in the Czech market due to their excellent legal knowledge and positive social and economic impact.

Markéta has been a partner in Dentons’ Band 1 ranked Real Estate group in Prague since January 2018. She has a solid track record in leading transactions and generating new business, and is recognized for her experience in real estate M&A and asset management. A strong corporate and commercial lawyer, she is adept at managing and closing complex transactions. In 2019, Markéta advised Penta Real Estate on the €250 million sale of the Waltrovka office complex in Prague, Hana Financial Investment (represented by Mint Investments Group), on their acquisition of the Main Point Pankrác office building, and Wood & Company on the acquisition of shopping center Centrum Krakov. 

Markéta Tvrdá is ranked as a leading lawyer in Chambers Europe 2019 and has also been recognized as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in The Legal 500 EMEA 2019. She also serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador and Green Ambassador in Dentons’ Prague office.
