Where in the UK and Ireland are you based?

We have 4 offices in the UK, in London, Milton Keynes, Edinburgh and Glasgow, as well as an office in Dublin. Additionally, a growing number of our roles are designed for remote workers based anywhere in the UK. Each job description specifies the location options for the selected candidate.

The way we work

Our approach to work is built on trust, empowerment and flexibility. With diversity at our core, our working methods are as varied as the people who make up our team. We work to support our staff in being their best selves, empowering them to make the right choices about where and how they work. This allows us to deliver the highest level of service to our clients while supporting our teams, personal development and individual preferences.

Having worked closely with our employees to understand their needs, we have established three recognised ways of working:

Office-based workers are those who need to be in the office daily due to the nature of their roles, where physical presence is essential. This applies to a small proportion of our workforce.

Virtual workers are fully remote and have no requirement to attend an office. We have successfully implemented this model in teams such as our Legal Delivery Centre. Team members in this category are provided with all necessary equipment and an allowance to create a suitable home workspace. At present, virtual workers must be based in the UK.

Hybrid workers make up most of our workforce. This model provides the freedom to determine, in collaboration with their teams, how best to deliver exceptional client service, collaborate effectively and progress their personal development. There is no set number of days required in the office, allowing for flexibility based on team and individual needs. Each hybrid worker is provided with an allowance to create a workspace in their home.
