Our Europe Private Equity team continues to closely follow the development of COVID-19 and its impact on PE deal activity. Our lawyers on the ground in each of our core markets regularly monitor and assess the situation and report on trends and developments as the situation continues to evolve.

This is the first edition produced in 2021. Our team is planning on releasing two additional updates during the rest of the year.
