Nicaragua: New fees for Cadastral Services

The National Cadastral Commission approved the new fees for the Cadastral Services

On October 27, 2022, it was published in La Gaceta, Official Gazette No. 202, the Administrative Resolution No. 125-2022. The new fees are offered by the General Directorate of the Cadastral Authority.

These fees apply depending on the location and the surface area of the properties and in the case of residentials zones, by the number of lots or apartments graphically represented in the topographic survey plans.

The following chart describes the average amount of the new cadastral fees:

If the residential zone is larger than 200 lots/apartments	C$ 500.00 will be charged for each additional lot/apartment.	US$ 15.00 will be charged for each additional lot/apartment.
