Understanding the reports:

All UK employers with over 250 employees are required to publish data regarding the relative levels of their employees' pay and bonus by gender. Dentons has fulfilled this obligation in the reports below, going a step further to voluntarily disclose ethnicity pay gaps for the first time in 2023.

Pay gaps measure the difference in hourly pay when comparing different groups of people across a company. For example, the gender pay gap compares the average pay for all women compared to all men across all levels of our region.
