We drive inclusion globally through our Global Inclusion & Diversity Leadership Council and Inclusion Advisory Council, both of which are led by the Global Chief Executive Officer. The Leadership Council is made up of senior leaders from each of our Regions who work to develop Dentons' inclusion and diversity strategy and related initiatives while ensuring leadership accountability. The Inclusion Advisory Council brings together a group of our people, inclusive of all Regions and roles within the firm, who meet multiple times each year to provide a sounding board for the Leadership Council's proposed initiatives. We expect leaders at every level to champion an environment of inclusion and a culture of equity at Dentons, and we encourage all our people to do the same.
