Dentons Dispute Resolution practice invites you to our inaugural Judicial Law Forum meeting which will be held on 16th September 2016 in Dentons’ office. The meeting will be dedicated to the controversies surrounding resignations by members of company authorities. The importance of the issue will be considered in relation to the Resolution of the Supreme Court judges (sitting in full complement) of 31 March 2016 (III CZP 89/15) on resolving practical doubts.

The meeting will be chaired by Warsaw University professor Katarzyna Bilewska, an advocate who also heads the Corporate Disputes practice at Dentons’ Warsaw office. The speakers will be Aleksandra Kamińska, advocate at Dentons’ Warsaw office.
