The seminar will cover legal developments across the banking and finance landscape from the UK to the Middle East on topical issues such as LIBOR reforms; updates on relevant English case law; a summary of the updates to LMA documentation as well as lessons from the recent Dana Gas and Golden Belt Sukuk cases from the Middle East region.
