Kevin McLaughlin - NRSC Executive Director

Kevin McLaughlin is the Executive Director of the NRSC for the 2020 campaign cycle. McLaughlin had previously worked at the NRSC during the 2014 and 2016 election cycles, helping Republicans grow and hold their Senate Majority. Before first joining the NRSC, Kevin McLaughlin worked for Sens. John Cornyn and John McCain and at the Republican National Committee.

Scott Fairchild - DSCC Executive Director

Scott Fairchild is the Executive Director of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Before joining the DSCC for the 2020 election cycle, Scott worked for two years as Chief of Staff to Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and managed her winning 2016 Senate race. Scott served as the National Campaigns Director for the League of Conservation Voters, as a Chief of Staff in the US House of Representatives and managed Rahm Emanuel’s successful Mayoral campaign in 2011.
