Working Remotely: Legal Ethics and Technology

Ethics rules in every state require reasonable technological competence to avoid technology problems and scams. This presentation and its accompanying thorough handout will provide the ethical rules, the technology-related background, and many practical suggestions to help in-house counsel understand the duties, risks and trade-offs posed by today’s technology and should help any lawyer use good judgment and take reasonable steps to reduce technology risks and to safeguard information.
