Dentons and Human Rights First discussed practical legal issues related to human rights, and how companies can comply with the relevant laws in an efficient and effective way.
We examined critical legal challenges for global supply chains: the new German Supply Chain Law, the expansion of Global Magnitsky sanctions and their impact on business, the US Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act and the California Transparency in Supply Chain; and presented an approach for in-house counsel and law firms to comply with these laws and standard practice.
