Regulation of PFAS is becoming increasingly complex and more regulators across numerous jurisdictions enact new rules around the use of PFAS in consumer goods, such as food packaging, apparel, textiles and many others found in households across the US and around the globe. Many manufacturing companies are grappling with supply chain risk and management of products across various state prohibitions, not only where products are produced but both upstream and downstream. Our program will cover what the risks are for companies operating both in the US and also in the EU, how companies can navigate exposure risks, and best practices for how to keep an investigation privileged.
