Professor Ed Peel joins us to provide his latest contract law update covering key recent developments

Ed has delivered contract seminars for three decades and is widely regarded as the leading authority in this area. The session will discuss case law over the past six months affecting commercial contracts. It follows on from our previous contract update session (held in July) and topics to be covered include:

Ed Peel is a professor in the Oxford University Law Faculty and also sits as an Arbitrator (based at One Essex Court). He is the author of "Treitel on the Law of Contract and Halsbury's Laws of England" (vol. 22, Contract) and the editor of a number of other books. He has advised on, or appeared in, some of the leading cases in litigation.
