Sarah Carlson, Helen Fotinos and Jennifer Cass lead a panel discussion about this era of increasing regulatory and consumer activism and asking who holds the power over the manufacturing, marketing and sale of these coveted luxury goods? The panel will address particular considerations applicable to luxury goods in light of changes in consumer protection and competition legislation, and increased product compliance oversight and scrutiny by federal regulators (including specifically by the Consumer Product Safety Commission in the United States). The session takes place at 1645 on Tuesday 19 November.

Adrien Gotti will join a group of experts participating in Accordion's workshop on Private Equity & Luxury: Value Creation in Dynamic Markets. This session will dig deep on hot-button market shifts within the PE and luxury worlds, and how brands can get ahead of the turns and adapt their strategy to ultimately drive value creation in the current environment. The workshop starts at 1235.
