New York, NY—Five Dentons partners representing a range of practices and sectors were named to Law360’s Editorial Advisory Boards in 2014. Phoenix-based Hotels and Leisure global chair Rick Ross and vice chair Meghan Cocci were named to Law360’s inaugural Hospitality board. Dentons is the only firm to have two lawyers on the editorial board, a distinction that follows on the heels of a banner year for the practice. Washington, DC partner Eric Sophir was reappointed to the Intellectual Property board, having also served in 2013. A registered patent lawyer with technical training from the Cornell University School of Engineering, Eric’s clients range from Fortune 50 companies to startups. He focuses on all aspects of patent law, including patent preparation and prosecution, patent analysis, post-grant challenges, and assisting with patent litigation, with an emphasis on business methods, computer hardware and software.
