Chicago—Patrick Moran, a real estate partner in Dentons' Chicago office, was inducted into the 2014 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame by Midwest Real Estate News in the trade magazine's December/January edition. Honorees are leaders in their field with an intimate knowledge of commercial real estate markets and share a commitment to their clients' needs. 

With 35 years of experience in the industry, Moran's ability to consistently achieve great results on behalf of his many clients was highlighted by the magazine, in addition to a number of Chicago's largest office deals he closed over the past year. In 2014, Moran represented real estate company Sterling Bay in its 232,000 square-foot lease to Gogo, Inc. and in its 157,00 square-foot lease to Google. He also assisted O'Donnell Investment Company with its 318,000 square-foot lease to William Blair, a global investment and asset management firm.
