Dentons’ Real Estate team acted as legal counsel to Skanska Property Poland on the preliminary sale of its office building Dominikanski in Wroclaw, Poland, to Union Investment, the Hamburg-based real estate investment manager.
Dominikanski, Skanska’s fourth office investment in Wroclaw, is located in the city center, in its most prestigious part. Currently under construction, the building will offer ca. 40,000 sq.m. of modern leasable space and is already half-leased to tenants such as HP Global Business Center, Deloitte and PKO BP. The hand-over of the property is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015.
The Dentons team was led by Paweł Dębowski, Chairman of the firm’s European Real Estate Group, and included senior associate Bartłomiej Kordeczka and associate Jacek Jezierski.
Paweł Dębowski said: “With highly qualified and multilingual staff, city location, transport network and increasing office supply, Wrocław is one of top outsourcing locations in Poland desired by the business services sector. Skanska’s recent sale of Kapelanka 42 office building in Kraków and now Dominikanski in Wrocław only further affirm international investors’ growing interest in the Polish regional cities.”
