Global law firm Dentons advised Orion European Real Estate Fund II on the sale of an office property in Milan to BNP Paribas REIM Sgr, on behalf of the closed-end real estate alternative investment fund “Fundamenta”. The property consists of an office complex with has a total area of approximately 33,000 sq.m. It is located at Viale Forlanini 23 in Milan, close to the Linate airport and leased by primary standing tenants.

Orion European Real Estate Fund II is a closed private equity fund managed by Orion Capital Managers.
