The recently released "Top 100 Influencers in Louisville" report from Insider Louisville includes firm attorneys Jeffrey A. McKenzie and David W. Tandy. Both attorneys are listed in the Top 50.

According to the publication, Louisville is a city of growing influence, and there are many people in the community who are contributing to the forward momentum. In order to determine the Top 100, their team of researchers curated and mined data from publicly available business intelligence resources to identify those who are making a significant mark in the city.

Founding a company and getting involved in community endeavors are factors that weighed heavily on the individual's rankings. Other variables that were considered range from leadership roles to board affiliations to social media presence.

McKenzie is the Corporate & Transactional Department Co-Chair and past Chairman of the firm. He is also co-leader of the firm's Beverage Alcohol Team. He has been involved in the successful negotiation of billions of dollars in economic incentives, numerous mergers, acquisitions and other corporate and commercial matters.

Tandy serves as Of Counsel where he practices with the firm's Diversified Business Solutions Team and is a member of the Economic Development practice group. He focuses his legal practice in the areas of business development and outside general counsel representation, public finance and government relations work. David Tandy is also the former Louisville Metro Council President.
