Kyiv—Dentons acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to VTB Bank Germany in respect of the restructuring and acquisition of the US$75 million loan to a large development company and security package from VTB Bank Ukraine. Dentons team provided legal support with structuring of the transaction, drafting of the transaction documentation as well as provided regulatory advice.
