Washington, DC—Dentons, the global law firm, today named  Amy C. Greenwood-Field and Emily R. Brenneras counsel. Both attorneys will be resident in the Firm's Washington, DC office and will expand the capabilities of the Capital Markets practice group.

Greenwood-Field, a former state regulator, brings extensive financial services regulatory and compliance experience in consumer finance licensing, examination and enforcement matters related to residential and commercial mortgage lending, consumer finance lending, loan servicing, small dollar lending, debt collection and money services.

Brenner's experience working within some of the nation's largest servicers and subservicers, managing divisions of default compliance and litigation brings a unique in house perspective to her clients. She has worked with loan originators, servicers, third party vendors and financial service participants ensuring their compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations.

Greenwood-Fields's practice includes a deep understanding of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry and she has working knowledge in all aspects of the system stemming from her involvement developing, testing, and using the system. She earned her JD from University of Nebraska College of Law and also holds a BA from the University of Nebraska.

Brenner's practice focuses on financial services regulation encompassing state, federal and regulatory guidance and operational assessment to the financial services industry relating to licensing, servicing, service transfers, audits, examinations, enforcement actions and regulatory reviews. She earned her JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and earned a BS from Arizona State University.
