Warsaw—Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Peakside Capital on the sale of Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza office buildings in Warsaw, Poland, to CPI Property Group.

Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza are seven-storey office buildings offering an aggregate of 31,869 square meters gross leasable space and 410 parking lots. They are conveniently located in the very center of Warsaw’s business district, with easy access to efficient public transport facilities including metro and railway station. The buildings are surrounded by numerous hotels and restaurants as well as shopping malls.
